Boiler Shop





Our Boiler Shop is equipped with:

- CO² Welding Machines

- Tig Welding Machines

- MMA Welding Machines As well as: - Portable Plasma Cutters

- Guillotine

- Plate Rollers

- Plate Benders

The Shop has a 25TON Overhead Crane.

Work done in the Boiler Shop includes, but is not restricted to: Construction, Fabrication and repair work on Structures and Machines.


Recent completed projects included the following:

• Drier Drums

• Rotary Kilns

• Scissor Lifts • Conveyors

• Screw Feeders

• Safety Guards

• Staircases

• Walkways

• Chain Conveyors

• Belt Conveyors


We can also do Pipe Bending up to 3”



Machine Shop





We do Small to Medium general machining and carry a large range of raw material stock to cater for unforeseen & urgent breakdowns.


The shop is fitted with a 10ton Overhead Crane.

- Horizontal Boring Mill

- Slotting Machines

– up to 600mm long

- Milling Machines

- 1.5m Lathe

- 2.5m Lathe

- 3m Lathe

- 4m Lathe

- 6m Lathe

- 1.5m CNC Lathe

- Large Radial Arm Drill (20-100)

- Pedestal Drills

- Surface Grinder

- 9” Gear Cutter

- Spark-erod Machine

- Slotting Machines (up to 600mm stroke length)




Fitting Shop





We have a well equipped fitting shop to cater for all kinds of shop and site fitting.


The Shop is fitted with:

- Bearings Pullers

- Bearings Heaters

- 120 Ton Vertical Press

- 380 Ton Horizontal Press

- 3 Ton Forklift

- 15 Ton Overhead Crane
